Google search now available over an IPv6 connection

Google Blog has just announced the availability of Google search over an IPv6 connection.
Because of limited numbers of IPv4 connections left and the fact that by 2011 its capacity could be “exhausted”, this comes as no surprise.

Virgin Media to launch 50gbps network service

Fake China made Cisco routers recovered by FBI

Some 3,500 counterfeit Chinese Cisco networking components worth $3.5 million have been recovered by FBI according to a statement.
Components included pirated versions of Cisco Systems routers as well as switches, interface converters and wide area network interface cards.

MySpace launches ‘Data Availability’ project

Nokia Siemens planning to shift head quarters from Munich to India
