Google Blog has just announced the availability of Google search over an IPv6 connection.
Because of limited numbers of IPv4 connections left and the fact that by 2011 its capacity could be “exhausted”, this comes as no surprise.

Virgin Media is planning to introduce 50Gbps network services later this year after a successful trial with Nortel and Juniper in April. The trial named “North-South” trial was the first of its kind in the UK.

Some 3,500 counterfeit Chinese Cisco networking components worth $3.5 million have been recovered by FBI according to a statement.
Components included pirated versions of Cisco Systems routers as well as switches, interface converters and wide area network interface cards.
