A Playstation 3 ad on PC World which shows that it can PlayStation 2 games has been labeled as misleading by the Advertising Standards Authority. The TV ad for the 60GB PlayStation 3 featured a close-up of the console and a sales assistant saying: “And it plays your PS2 games as well”.
Toshiba laptop to have IBM’s cell processor

Toshiba has announced that it will release a laptop with a variant of cell processor jointly developed by and alliance of Sony, Toshiba and IBM known as STI. No firm date of laptop launch has been given but it is expected to be released this year. Sony’s PlayStation also uses cell processor.
